I did not get a response in 24 hours, what happened?

Please make sure to check your junk mail, I can not stress this enough. Some of the main email providers classify our emails as junk. We always reply unless our servers go down and they have a 99.9% up time so it is safe to assume that we replied and are in your junk inbox if you do not see us in the main inbox. If all fails email us again, we take pride in being able to reply quickly.

How do you ship your packages?

We only ship express post at a cost of $20 flat rate with 1-3 business days for delivery, and all orders over $450 get free shipping.

All orders are securely packed and shipped discreetly via XpressPost. We use cardboard packaging, with no way of seeing what is inside.

What if Canada Post loses my package?

Once your package is in the mail and you have been provided with a tracking number, we no longer accept responsibility for what happens to it. Having said that it’s a very rare occurrence, since legally domestic packages are not allowed to be scanned. 

How long is the process of ordering and shipping?

We will respond within 24 hours, once your order is received, with all necessary shipping/payment instructions. XpressPost ships all packages within 1 business day of receiving funds. XpressPost delivery time is roughly 2-3 business days, please factor this time in. If you need anything delivered overnight via Priority Courier we will be happy to accommodate.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Within 48 hours or payment. 

Is a signature required to receive the package?

Not unless you request it. 

Is there a minimum order? Any discounts?

We have no minimum order, but we do offer discounts for bulk orders and valued customers.

How do I pay?

We accept Email Money Transfer, Bitcoin or Ethereum. Payment details will be provided after we have received your order.

Which countries do you ship to?

Only within Canada. No International or United States shipping.

Is there a chance of shipping delays?

This doesn’t usually happen except on rare occasions when there is an inventory shortage. In this case, we will let you know when a product becomes available again.
